Adejoke has an extensive education in health care. She began by graduating with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota. She went on to complete her Master’s of Public Health at Florida International University in Miami. She then earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia, and her Master’s of Nursing, focusing on psychiatry and mental health, at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Kadian is a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner graduate of Florida Atlantic University and Wilkes University. She has been practicing general medicine for the last 7 years. Our mental health is essential in keeping us balanced in our daily lives. Kadian can help you obtain balance in your mental health. Her goal is to help you handle your interpretation and response to your daily stressors. Kadian can assist you through psychotherapy or prescriptive medications. During her spare time she finds joy in the oceans and rivers. Her interpretation of life is like the ocean coming to shore, it is always a different wave symbolic for our opportunity to make a difference daily.


Afolake Adewumi

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner


Afolake is a board certified, advanced practice provider who is passionate about providing safe and holistic care to clients across the lifespan. Afolake has been providing psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and on-going psychiatric care for patients of all ages since 2019. She also has a background in Health and Wellness Coaching. Afolake listens to help to identify and prioritize the unique needs of each client. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending it with her family and friends, watching movies, as well as traveling.


Oreoluwa Oye

Oreoluwa Oye,  APRN PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner


Oreoluwa, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner, obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Knoxville-Health Sciences in 2016. With seven years of experience in interdisciplinary care settings, she specializes in working with highly complex patient populations. Her commitment lies in delivering personalized patient care, integrating a holistic approach that addresses both medical and social factors affecting wellbeing. Alongside her clinical practice, Oreoluwa is dedicated to educating doctoral student candidates and newly graduated psychiatric nurse practitioners, showcasing her passion and expertise in mentorship.

Autumn is a Patient Relationship Coordinators at Nexus of Hope. Autumn is currently in school working toward her degree in Human Resources and accounting. In her free time she enjoys reading, doing cross stitching and embroidery projects, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Katrina is a Certified medical assistant at Nexus of Hope. Katrina has been a medical assistant for 8 years and has worked in family practice, pediatrics, and internal medicine. In her free time she likes to attend flea markets and repurpose antiques.


Maddi

Maddi


Maddi is a Patient Relationship Coordinator at Nexus of Hope. Maddi is working towards a degree in Social Work. She has a substantial interest in mental health. In her free time she likes to travel, read, and spend time with her family.
